Thanks for posting this opportunity. Could I ask for a little more information so that those who have "no chance" will not clog your Inbox.

e.g. provide a few more of the basics re this deal, like total cost (since you don't want to split them), area (SE Qld is a big place), expected yield (both market, and "deal" yields).


By way of example:- if you were younger, cashed up, looking for a deal, and saw THIS ad would you respond to it? If not, then please add what you would want to see if YOU were buying....
