how much does a QS depreciation schedule cost usually on average?

I've been quoted $660 for a small house, is that about right?

Anyone has good QS to recommend me in VIC?

QS Reports have cost me the following:

$550 for Sydney (2 Years ago)
$515 for Perth (3 Months Ago)

That is about an average sort of figure for a house. I can recommend BMT & Assoc as I use them personally for my reports and have recommended them to clients without problems for a couple of years now.

I've done two house and land packages in the last 2 years and the QS report has been part of the deal.
