What's the difference between a Tax Accountant and a Tax Lawyer. And what point would it be more advisable to enlist the services of a Tax Lawyer ?

Well law and accounting are two entirely different fields.
Accountants count your money whilst lawyers help you to spend it :)
I've never had to use a tax lawyer so far as my solicitor is pretty switched on and I have an excellent accountant as well :)
What did you need to know for?

What did you need to know for?
Curiosity more than anything, and a better understanding of the seperation of duites, if any.
I'm might be trying to change my structure and was wondering what a Tax Lawyer really does.

Baloo,
Tax Lawyers are mostly useful if you've got a lot of entities & structures & a decently high net worth.
Transitioning from PI?
