Hi all, this is a great forum, I'm learning all the time. I am looking into buying my first IP and would like to know if there is a reliable source of data regarding median house prices and rental returns for South Australia. I am looking specifically at three-four bedroom houses in the Adelaide area. (less than 5Km from the CBD) Does anyone know where I could start to look for such info?? Just to give me a few "ball-park" figures to work with. Thanks for your help, Bluey
