our next IP meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday the 26th of May, full details being:

Address: cnr Ballarat Road & Hoadley Crt, Footscray
Room: C410, building C
Time: 6.30pm
When: Wednesday 26th May
Note: plenty of free parking is available in the carpark across the road...
Agenda: well seeing we have had guest speakers in the last couple of meetings, I think we are now due for a good old meeting to catch up on where everyone is at, new strategies applied in today's market, who is buying/developing, etc...

Folks,

based on conversations I have had with people since the new budget was announced, I would suggest we add it as an agenda item, to discuss the new tax brackets & how they may affect negative gearing, QS reports, cashflow, etc... also to discuss new strategies that can be employed in today's market (where we may have slower growth over the next couple of years, note: I'm referring to the Melb market)...
