Hi Yuch,
I've heard a lot about this game on the propertyinvesting forum. My husband and I would love to play- although we've no experience in the game, just a little property investing experience! Is it ok for us to join you?
Regards,
Kirsten

I'm sure I answer for Yuch.
We have a cashflow game in Canberra in less than two weeks.
In that game, we certainly would welcome people who have not played before.
For myself- it was playing a game of Cashflow which made MrsW realise what the "game" I was playing in real life was all about.
And it's a game in which people can learn about the investment game, about themselves (and their risk profile), abouy others, and about financial statements (boring but essential!)

Of course it not too late, Kirsten. :)

I would like to RSVP for the cashflow game. Can I also bring a friend along? I hope it's not to late to RSVP for the game? If it's not to late, do we need to bring anything with us?
Cheers

G'day Yuch,
I could end up being a late starter (yes, I'm still in Sydney at this point) but just not sure..... So, let me say
"Expect me when you see me" (and, if I'm there, I'll bring an extra Cashflow 101)
Regards,
yuch.

What do you mean sc?
I don't understand what you mean?Jerry,
Cashflow is about starting of with a small amount of capital, working with it and increasing the capital and cashflow over a period of time. When your PASSIVE income is greater than your expenses, you are "out of the rat race", and into "the fast track"- where you no longer have to work, and all the deals are big ones.
I think that's why SC suggests that you are doing it for real.

Jerry,
As I understand it, you're out of the ratrace. You don't work for a living- in a 9 to 5 job- is that correct?
Correct me if I'm wrong. I had understood that you're doing very well in shares and options, and don't need a regular job. If that is the case, that's what SC is saying. You're out of the ratrace of a job, and can do quite well out of your investments.
My Information may be incorrect. My apologies if I'm wrong.

Hi all,
I am glad that everyone had a good time on Saturday.
We started at 13:30. By 15:30 we had one person out of the rat race and won the game at 16:35! And 50% of the players got out of the rat race before 17:00 too!! :)
Thanks to Les, Matt, Clarkie74 and Chris for helping out the newbies.
Those who can't make it on Saturday, next one will be next month. I will post the date shortly. :)
