Defence Housing rent

Does any one has experience renting to Defence Housing?. How are they negotiating rent increases and general IP maintenance?

Rent increases are determined by an independent valuer. If you don't agree with the rental increases, there is some room for appeal.

IP maintenance has been very good for me. (But the management fee is high, so they would have to be good).

Do a search for DHA or Defence Housing. There's been mentions before- including my experience a year ago.
