Hi guys,
Has anyone heard of or dealt with Housing New Zealand?
We are looking at a new 2bdrm apartment in Auckland CBD for 221k($A)- rent would be $A404 pw. 10 year lease with a 5yr option after that.
Any info or advice as always appreciated.
