Twenty years ago I used to think so. Lending officers seemed reluctant to lend your "their" money so "you" could improve your income and lifesyle.

I was probably just oversensitive tho!

Envy me? Erm, no not the situation at the moment.

I get laughed out of most offices. Never mind, only need one establishment to lend me the money and I am on my way to a portfolio. I know I can do it they are just having trouble catching up is all!
