our next IP meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday the 25th of August, full details being:

Where: Victoria University, Footscray Park campus
Address: cnr Ballarat Road & Hoadley Crt, Footscray
Room: C230, building C
***Note: it is a different room to the usual one***
Time: 6.30pm
When: Wednesday 25th August

Note: plenty of free parking is available in the carpark across the road...

Hi Alistair,

well the meetings are open to anyone & everyone, basically the group consists of Somersoft &/or MSN-IP forum members, we are basically a group of like mined individuals who catch up monthly to chat about property & occassionally get in a guest speaker to cover a particular topic of interest... feel free to come along, hope to see you there... In terms of costs, there are no costs as we find venues that permit us to use the facility free of charge...

On the way there, don't forget to drop into Norseman to check out the $20k houses in Australia's cheapest town ; )

But seriously, try to look around Esperance - you won't find cf+ there but there could be reasonable long-term growth potential IMHO.
