Not sure where to put this one.

But I just noticed in a "property v shares" thread a link to the site of this guy. And a search turned up a few other compliments.

So I'm curious to know if anyone here actually uses this guy as a financial planner?

I mean, financial planners are not usually flavour of the month here so I'd be interested in your comments.

Thanks a lot.

I can't answer your question, but his investing FAQ for the beginner is one of the best online investing references I know. On real estate, he is fairly conservative (especially on capital growth potential) and strongly anti-guru, not unlike Austin Donnelly/Neil Jenman/John T Reed.

Yes agree. Someone gave a link to that site a while ago. Reads well and I was wanting to know how he "walks the talk"..

A longshot but I thought I'd ask anyway.
