Some Construction Case Law Files

I'm listed as the contact for NSW on my companys wesite and as such I get a lot of stuff sent to me via email. A lot of it is SPAM and other irrelevant stuff, but I seem to have been added to a mailing list where I receive casewatch files and thought they may be useful to some of you. Here's 2 of them.

Unfortunately these weren't doc files that I could easily extract, they were scanned jpg's. So to get the file size down I've had to convert to grey, delete everything but the text and reduce the overall size. The quality isn't the greatest now - sorry about that.
