research on commercial properties

I am looking at buying a small shop for a business venture for my wife and the asking price (and hence the yield) is ridiculous. Would anyone know if the residential research companies sell info on commercial/retail properties...previous sale prices..etc..companies like Residex, AustralianProperty Monitors, RP Data...etc.

If they dont, are there companies specialising in this area?
