In the last few weeks I saw a graph which I can't find again.

It showed the median prices plotted for all of the states over the last few years in the one graph.

Can anybody recall seeing it and possibly post a link.

Did you see it on this forum or the previous WebBoard forum or some other site? Was it an attachment to a post?

I can't remember where it was, I suspect it was on the web board.
I went through a number of threads, but without knowing the thread I didn't have much luck.

This site gives the NZ median prices..

And you can restrict to Suburb/City/Locale as well..
1998-2002 figures....
