Hi all

With Residential properties if a dispute occurs between the landlord and tenant the matter is referred to the Residential Tribunal.

With Commercial property contracts if a dispute occurs between landlord and tenant where or how is this settled.

Where is it found what the tenant pays (outgoings) etc. for Commercial property. Is there an Act?

regards

In the lease agreement/contract. This is generally negotiated (amongst other things) along with the lease payments. Usually the lessee pays however there is no hard and fast rule.
