After settlement, should our conveyancer give us a summary of the Settlement figures (loan, payment to seller, land tax, etc) or should we expect that from the bank?
If my conveyancer did not do this for me, should I ask for one from him just to check the figures are correct?
What is that summary called? Is it called "Settlement Summary?"

In SA they get called "Settlement Statement" and its essential you receive one.
That comes from the solicitor, and they would be quite remiss in their duties if they did not give one to you.

In Victoria you usually get the so-called "disbursement instructions" from your solicitor/conveyancer.
It may take up to 14 days after settlement for this document to become available.
