bookkeeper with investment property knowledge??

I am looking for a bookkeeper with investment property knowledge in Melbourne, preferrable in the east of the city. Any suggestions?

The fact that many accountants don't know much about investment properties means that finding a bookkeeper that does understand will be a very rare event indeed.

A Bookkeeper with IP knowledge is far less important than a good Accountant with IP knowledge.

If you have said Accountant then they can always tell the Bookkeeper exactly what information to collect and how to present it.
