Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone had any positive or negative feedback on dealings with
Parktrent Property Group. We attended a seminar recently and had a rep. come to our home for further discussion. We are looking to get into IP and were impressed by what Parktrent have shown us. What precautions do we need to take at this stage?

In the top menu bar there is a 'Search' function. Just type in the key word and you will get whatever is already on the forum

My advice would be to exercise caution in dealing with companies who have a vested interest in encouraging you to buy property they are selling/promoting - the era of buying overpriced property and having your sins erased by a sharply rising market is well and truly over.
