North Sydney area PM?

Hi all,

Not really happy with my current PM out Gladesville way and was wondering if anyone out there has a PM recommendation for me. I usually ring and do my own research but am feeling very lazy today :)

Thanks for that Michael- I do have a similar checklist myself but it's always nice to have ppl like yourself help :)
Actually did a ring around yesterday and found one who seemed ok. Would still prefer personal referrals though. Anyone?

Nothing wrong with high standards ;)
Actually I've found Ray White Hunters Hill pretty good so far with all my questions- looks like I'll be giving them a go this time around. My other PM isn't proactive enough and I'm just not content with her at all anymore. Oh, how I wish my Hunter Valley PM could clone herself!!!! :)
