Anyone here attended George Mihos' Course?

Hi Everyone,

Anyone here attended George Mihos' Course? I am not talking about the introduction seminars. I am interested to speak to anyone that has attended and what they thought of it. Also I am interested to know how George's strategies have preformed for them?

This topic is just about anyone who has attended his courses and not about people who have their personal opinions of him.

I haven't but it looks like he's still spending thousands on his full page ads in the paper, ala "property guru that will teach you the secrets of the wealthy"

I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of courses the wealth guru's take to inspire them to begin running wealth / real estate seminars and courses? Over the last 3 years I have noticed a few things that are similar. For example ..they all have the same name structure, ending with the word INSTITUTE

GEORGE MIHOS Today Not Tommorow Institute
PETER SUN / ADAM HUDSON Better Business Institute
HENRY KAYE National Investment Insitute
DAMIAN COLLINS Pinnacle Wealth Institute
CHRISTOPHER HOWARD
HANS JAKOBI

Also seem to charge large amount of $$ for their courses .. introductory being $15,000 and super dooper course being $55,000.

They also seem to have some sort of psychology NLP hypnosis selling techniques and they use the same sort of maketing techniques (eg send out 2 free tickets to their seminars, which are labelled $59, but you can attend free).

If anyone would be able to assist me with as which SYSTEM these guru's are following, I would really appreciate it. I thought it may have been ANTHONY ROBBINS university, but i have a lot of his material but nothing mentioned above is mentioned in any of the books, seminars or homestudy kits.

The seminar uses a lot of Psychology NLP tools to motivate you into attending his boot camp.

I thought he was on the right track and motivated me into feeling like i had to do something about my finances and goal setting.

Even though he seems very shifty, I think he may have made his millions, but I'm not sure how and what income stream from.

His influences seem to be

Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Allen, Realestate WRAPS, Think and grow rich, science of getting rich & some sort of hypnosis selling skills.
