MacquarieOne Loan?

Hi All!

Was wondering if anyone has heard about a Macquarie bank product called MacquarieOne.
If so, could they let me know their opinions on it?

I'd guess they'd want to x-coll everything & charge you $30pm for the privilege.

I guess if I were to move my entire portfolio to a single bank they have to offer me something extraordinary.

The bottom line is 'interest rate' and thats about the only thing they don't mention!

If it's standard variable well forget it, I'd want to be able to negotiate.

Yes and paying a $30 monthly facility fee doesn't thrill me either; I'd expect no ongoing fees with a package like this.

Eeeeek there goes that interest rate thing - AGAIN:)

Who cares about rate if someone has full comtrol of your portfolio, what is a dollar trade off for the flexibility of not being able to grow when you want/need to ?

id be interested in seeing some ideas on $ values there ?
