Noarlunga, Seaford SA

Hello all,

I am keeping an eye on the listing prices of properties in these and surrounding areas, located south of Adelaide.

Some of you may have properties in these areas, namely:

Seaford
Seaford Rise
Noarlunga Downs
Old Noarlunga
Christies Beach

etc...

My question is this. Some of these suburbs, like Christies, are well known for the bad crime rates — whether this assertion is soundly based or not.

What are your opinions on these sorts of suburbs? Would you avoid suburbs with bad reputations?

What are your thoughts on these suburbs in general?

I believe the area has to go up in value over time, because of urban sprawl. These suburbs are also close to the sea, and have the wine region on the other side — beautiful countryside. :)
