I am looking at purchasing an investment property around the Brisbane area.
I don't know the city very well but I like the look of Redcliffe. What are everyone's thoughts of Redcliffe and the surrounding areas?

When I first looked at buying in Brisbane I looked at Redcliffe , but was dissuaded by some Brisbane experts who dismissed it as Deadcliffe....

This is now one of the reasons I'm vary wary about what any " expert says ".

Can't see any reason why it won't do well in the future , but personallly I won't be investing in Brisbane untill the next cycle is well underway in Sydney.

When I had a look at it , it reminded me of places like narabeen in sydney about 15 - 20 years ago .....

I think Peter Spann bought up big in redcliffe several years ago.
