I have had two in the last month say to ,me
"sorry l am too busy to speak with you" anything staying on the market more than 3 weeks is now a hard to sell !!!
I think there is a forum member who is/was a R/E with century 21??? please dont hold me to that [brain not working to well]Mark something from memory
anyway if you are looking for an excellent property manager pm me as mine has just won 5 state awards for property management,

yes I would expect most Mandurah agents would be too busy to take buyers around at the moment and a lot of the listing agents are probably resistant to conjunctionals
