a while back, a mortgage broker said in this forum that there is a lender (NAB?) that does not need both joint partners names to be in the same contract if they are using their own trusts. Meaning they can take out a 50% loan each person in their trust, and then buy shares in that joint venture.
I remember that broker also wrote an article in API magazine before. May i know who was it?
