A current hobby of mine has been reading laws and acts. Its interesting what you stumble across. Anyway i thought this would be of great interest to Landlords.
As they say, a tactic known is a tactic blown.

These are people, who seem to indicate its ok, not to take personal responsibility for your own finances and place that burden on others.
