Dont get confused.
KEEP the house as a rental.
Use your equity to purchase another investment property (or two). Dont pre occupy your self with paying off the debt. Its there you can manage it. The long term compounding effects of buying some investments now will by far outway the short term hassle of the L.O.C, The L.O.C will go eventually.
