Hi there

Can anyone knowing Secret Harbour well advise me of the proximity of Lombadino Parade to the main road? I can see from the map that it runs parrallel but is it set back, higher than the main road & would it be a noisy street? Would properties be lesser in value than identical properties a few streets further back & if so how much price difference would I expect to see?

Yes I can help you with that, I live in the suburb. Its not really a 'main road' as such that its set back from, it does however back on to a nature reserve type area. So as far as the rest of Secret harbour goes, its not in a great location, eg no views.

Can anyone else advise on the location of Lombardino & Arrowwood wanting to know if the value would be much different a few streets over assuming no views for a fair comparison.
