Industrial building costs

Hi guys,this is my first post here and hope i can get some advise.
Im looking at buying Industrial land to build office/warehouse.
The info im looking for is to do with the building costs involved for a 450sqm approx building....How expensive are these to build and could you direct me where i may find out more about this kind of development.
