looking at purchasing a unit that has been stripped bare by its previous owner
who was renovating but ran out of money
It has no bathroom no kitchen and does need some new plumbing and electricals and even flooring(carpets or other)
Would the new bathroom and kitchen etc that I install be a capital expenditure or a repair which I think means its deprietable??? (spelling?)

Thanks
Greg

It would be capital in nature and depreciable along with all other fittings and furnishings along with the actual structure as long as it is not too old.
