I am buing a small office unit in a multi storeyed building in Sydney CBD.
This will be my IP.
What insurance would I need and any idea of how much it would cost.
I think they ask the tenant to have a public liability insurance of 10 million.
should I have to take the pub liability insurance for myself as well.
Any idea how much it will cost.
