Feeding Friends and Family

If we held a working bee at a Property and invited Friends and Family down for a day.. could the costs of putting on a BBQ lunch for the troops be deductible?

The purpose of the working bee was a post tenant trashing cleanup.

Sure, the costs relate to the property and in doing so you probably saved a large amount of money in costs being charged by tradesman and the like.

Obviously, you need receipts . . .
