Buyers agents are around for residential, are their any for commercial? May be a way to learn the ropes and attain a good deal.

Have you had a look at all the BA's on realestate.com.au for the specific state/territory you're wanting to purchase in? Simply clicking on their banner ads will take you through to their sites and you can soon find out who specializes in commercial property.

Chris Lang in Melbourne deals with commercial property but I think mainly offices. His website is www.gal.com.au.
He also organises property syndicates with up to 20 people to get that middle market - too expensive for private investors and too small for big fish.
It mightn't be what you are looking for as I don't think he is a buyer's agent as such but you can check it out & see

I don't think either are listed on realesetate.com.au because they deal with a niche market of investors rather than the general public.
