Bank errors

Hi all,

I suspect that my bank may have made an error when I recently refinanced my loans. Can anyone recommend someone with the expertise to look at the figures for me? I know there are programs that can be used but I'd rather have someone look over the details, etc. :confused:

If you used a broker, they should be able to help you out here, after all brokers are supposed to work for you not the bank.

If you went directly through a branch, the staff there should also be obliged to help.

Unfortunately 95% of bank errors end up in favour of the banks. The worst part is errors occur way too often.
