Would you pay somebody to guarantee todays value of your property for the next 12 months?
You forgot one option...
How much would I let someone pay me to give them the right to BUY my property at today's price in one year.

Asy, you are right, that would be a good option. It would give us a percentage of optimists amongst forum members. And as you know, when a pessimist says "It can't get worse” an optimist is positive: "Yes, it can!"
