Hi,
I am interested to know what the tax implications would be on a sandwich lease option.
Any of you knowledgeable people have any ideas?
Thanks.

A bit of a complex property transaction.
This is using a lease option to buy a property and then immediately selling it on a lease option. The seller would collect a larger option premium and a larger monthly lease (rent) amount. The seller would keep the spread between each as a profit.
