Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone in the forum could help me and if they live in metro melbourne.

I am about to setup a Hybrid/property investor trust and I need a "settlor" to co-sign the documents.

There are No risks at all - nor any legal implications - just a formality of setting up a trust....

I am having difficulty finding non-related family to help me sign the paper work, everyone I spoke to are a bit uncomfortable in signing the paperwork as they do not quite understand what I am trying to achieve.

If anyone understands what I am talking about, and is willing to help me out, I will return the same favour to you whenever you will need a settlor for your trust.

I appreciate immensely if someone could help me out.

thanks kindly,

steve

Not in Melbourne but try and pop into an accountant, mortgage broker, bank manager etc and see if they are willing to help you out, most of them should know what they are up for. Maybe take a bottle of wine to bribe them for their 2 minutes of hard work! :D

Cheers
