loc for pensioners

my parents are pensioners and own their home valued at approx 250k.curious to know what the banks think of loc for pensioners.a joint building development will go ahead between my parents and i and is the reason i ask.thanks

There are no/lo doc lenders that would posssibly look at this. In addition its alwasy possible in other ways OF there is another party with an income.

so the banks would look at my situation and go from there.it would be like me borrowing the money with the parents signature,i suppose?
