Rent and Sales figures (NSW)

Hi peoples,

Most people probably know about this but I thought I'd post incase there is someone who hasn't discovered it (like I hadn't till tonight)

http://www.housing.nsw.gov.au/

Under the "Facts and Figures" section you'll find downloadable PDF files of Rent and Sales Reports for each quarter dating back to 1998. Info is split into diff areas (by postcode or subdivision) with both metro and rural nsw covered for median rents, sales, % increases etc etc

Glad it is of use to someone. Re similar data for qld;

http://www.rta.qld.gov.au/

Under "statistical info" you'll find data on median rents but only for the current qtr.
