Is there a minimum settlement period allowed in Victoria? (Is 30 days the shortest available?)

Haven't heard of sooner, however that's not to say it hasn't occurred, but wouldn't expect it to be usual.

Would a bank be able to go through their process to lend you the money under 30 days?

Then again in Qld, I know 21 days does occur, but it must be tight for finance, even if you are pre-approved.
