Property Sales Data

Does anyone know where you can download info regarding recently sales data for a particular suburb?

I tried to register with LANDATA to get access to their PRISM system but got regected because the information is only available to real estate agents and valuers for valuation purposes.

Anyone have any ideas or recommendations??

If you want free data for Australian Capital Territory, go to www.allhomes.com.au. It has all the information that www.homepriceguide.com.au has, only its FREE!:D
