Does anyone know of a good independant valuer based in Melbourne. I am wanting to revalue an ip that I recently bought and have done some renovations on.

Hi Andrew,

Try Grant Phillips from John Virtue Valuers. I'm not sure what panels he's on, but he is on the Suncorp panel.

we found him excellent.

Hi Andrew.

I recently used one of perpetual trustee's panel valuers
for reval' thinking I would have the valuer working for me
and get a better val' and to my surprise they would'nt
accept val', enlisting services of another.

So before you spend the cash check first.
