Hi All,

I wonder if you could tell me of any experiences with Margaret Lomas & Destiny.

We have not long finished reading some of her books & have been looking at her positive cash register recently but, as yet, have not taken the "plunge" with her group. I would really appreciate comments from anyone who has as to how they have found the exeperience. On the surface, her group appears to be a little more professional than some than we have seen but would appreciate any comments or experience here.

Dear David,

I've met Margaret Lomas and can tell you she is a switched on lady.

She is certainly driven and has a real skill in marketing and generating publicity.

In property she has six properties she owns. Credible (Certainly more than the two owned by Anita Bell.) however does this qualify as a "Guru" that you pay money to?

With the Destiny group it has recently seemed to be actively expanding and offering franchises. No doubt we will hear more of them in the future.

In answer to your question however what are you looking for?

-An accountant?
-A buyers agent?
-A mortgage broker?
-A financial planner?

After you have answered the question get comparisions with other organisations that specialise in one area to work out whether they are value for money. Or does it come back to "Jack of all trades and master of none?".
