Youse already know what I think of Steve, so I'll keep this light. Mates, I tells ya, the seminar was BRILLO! FANTASTIC! STUPENDOUS! Better the second time than the first time. All y'all should attend, you are missing out if you do not. To all those that did go, I will see you all in financial independence land very soon! Woo hoo!

Have to say that I also thought it was a fabulous seminar, given me lots to think about for the future.
I dragged my sister along, and right now she's bouncing off the walls she's so excited about what Steve taught about cashbonds. She's your classic heaps of equity no serviceability scenario, and has been getting incredibly frustrated about not being able to keep moving forward because banks keep knocking her back.
Great stuff Steve, thanks!!

HI
I enjoyed the seminar and found that the information was well presented and in such a way as to teach all investors that there are other (and often safer) ways to do the things that we do.
Thank you, Steve, for taking the time and making the effort on our behalf.
I would recommend that everyone consider doing the course on the proviso that they keep their ears, eyes and mind open at all times and remain sceptical in and of the process.

Hi all,
Just a quick note to say how much i enjoyed Steve Navra's
seminar on the weekend. Never before have i realised how important structuring is when aspiring to build an investment portfolio in the shortest possible time. As a newbie to property investment i feel fortunate to have learnt Steve's philosophies early in the piece which have now given me a new sense of confidence when planning for financial independance. The stuff covered was brilliant and has proven to me that you really need to 'think outside the square' to maximise ur capital and make it work for you.
Thanks again Steve!
Lance:)

Hi Mark,
I am considering going to one of Steve's courses. Do you know if he has any formal qulaifications ? Just curious because I couldn't find anything on his web site ?
Cheers

PIppety,
Send Steve an email. He'll happily tell you his quals. Apparently he had to qualify in multiple disciplines in order to do what he does.

Thanks Jas,
I have already sent the info to Pippety.
The info is readily available on our Advisory Services Guide (Disclosure Document), which is given to each client at the individual assessment meetings.
Regards,
Steve

Steve,
Is the independant assessment meeting before or after the course ?

Education first!
Thereafter you can decide if the education is valid, and if so might then request the individual assessment. (There is no fee or cost for the assessment.)
My philosophy remains that there will NEVER be a cost to the client, if we are not able to first add some value to your situation.;)
Regards,
Steve

Sounds good Steve,
I just sent off a message via your website to attempt to get booked in for your March course in Sydney.
I am really looking forward to the course and meeting you.
Thanks again for answering my questions.

'no hat, some cattle' Mark,
You're a great case in point. You came along to the somersoft forum (previous incarnation) with the right ideas- but you seemed not to know the best way to execute them- or for whatever reasons, you floundered.
You went to Uncle Steve's seminars- and found an entire new confidence. It seemed that that was the point you actually felt you could move forward.
Well done!
