hi all

I'm a new poster/threader/forumite and have finally signed up after a few weeks of peeking in at what you'all are writing.

My main reason for writing today is to ask the person who posted a link to a great article (10 Mistakes That Keep You From Getting RICH in Real Estate Investing) to please re-post it...

After attending a Dolf course in April, a few of us formed a womens investment group (aka WIG, inspired acronym, hey), where we get together every 1 - 2 months and talk property... This forum is a great addition to my support network so a big THANK YOU already for the inspiration and education ......

I don't think that is the one Joanna because the date stamp of Jill's post precedes my post. My post was posted on 30-01-2003, whereas Jill's post was posted on 13-11-2002. I have heard of that title, though. Just can't remember where I saw it.

My apologies Joanna the attachment at the bottom of the first post in the thread you referenced to is called real estate 10 mistakes special report.pdf. The document title is actually 10 Mistakes That Keep You From Getting Rich In Real Estate. The post link is http://www.somersoft.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=37950#post37950

But how did Jill know about it before I posted it? Someone else must have referenced to it earlier.

Hi Sunstone,

Now I remember - I downloaded my copy from your link. That explains why I couldn't find a downloadable version on the internet. I have found references to it, though. Some people giving it away as a bonus report, valued at $29.95, as part of a real estate toolkit.

Your post doesn't mention the document title which is why I didn't find it in a search. Jill must have downloaded the document from your link otherwise how did she know the document title.

There is another little publication that was given to me by one of my local R/E agents called
14 Common Mistakes Home Buyers Make
and it is printed by the Jenman Group. If your local R/E office doesn't have one, then you could possibly get one by phoning the Jenman Group at (02) 9894 8988
