If a trust has some properties with a corporate trustee.
Can I legally as a director of the trustee manage the properties.
I was just thinking that technically as I'm not the owner, can I manage a property for someone else without being a licensed real estate agent.
I'm in W.A.
Thanks

Read your trust deed.
Normally a Trustee can be reimbursed for expenses in managing the assets of the trust. Your salary/fees are in the capacity of employee or director of the trustee. This shouldn't have anything to do with local Real Estate Industry laws.

The trust side of things is ok, I was really questioning the real estate side of things.
You can't sell real estate for someone else without a license, is there anything to stop you from managing properties for someone else?
Thanks,

I guessed you were asking about the real estate side. But most people don't realise that a trust (or a company) makes the real estate side irrelevant.
I also think there is nothing to stop someone employing a property manager as an employee. But there are state-by-state rules on whether unlicensed residential property managers are allowed to operate a business.
