Buyers Agents Qualifications?

Just a quick question to all those buyers agents out there (Ross etc)- I would be interested to know what qualifications you think are necessary to be such an agent?

I gather most of you have real estate licences, as some were selling agents beforehand, but for those who have never been involved in agency selling previously, what courses/training have you found to be useful, if any?

Appreciate any feedback from those who are currently "in the game" or ex-agents who are now on the other side of the fence :)
