I am after any recommendations regarding people/agents/investors to talk to about investment properties in the Bayside area - St Kilda, Albert Parlk, Middle Park, Elwood, Elsternwick, Brighton, Hampton, etc.

I have been looking at the Elwood market for the past 2 years
Foam Street, The esplanade, good properties, over priced
I have made a few offers prior to auction and have never been accepted and always 20% under the sale price

This only goes to show that under quoting is still rife
