Dear guys,

Have a list of property newsletters that I have put together. Still believe that the HTW one is the best however the others are worth a look in. (Disclaimer. I have not had a look at the reports requiring the supply of an e-mail address. Spam can always be a challenge.)

Cheers,

Sunstone.

Dear Brains,

Thanks for your positive feedback.

Help is a two way street and I'm glad to be on it.

Any recommended tips from the Geoff Doidge course?

Cheers,

Sunstone.

Sunstone,

Since discovering this forum i have realised that the Doidge/Eslick course was pretty basic, a large percentage of the stuff is in this forum, theres not a lot the regualr contributors could learn from the course.

Anyway, heres a couple of snippets:

Go to auctions only on "non auction" days, eg: grand final day, mothers day, in the middle of a thunderstorm, or when conducted by out of town auctioneers.

How to find whats not for sale:

check bankruptcy notices

get flyers printed up and drop them in letterboxes, either asking if people are thinking of selling their property or offering a $500
payment for a successful referral.

ask divorce lawyers (seriously)

and so on.

btw....i attempted to pm you today but your inbox is full, im not sure if it goes in automatically when you clear your box, if not let me know..

Dear Brains,

Thanks for the feedback.

RE: PM. Yep I get caught on the 100 posts maximum in the box. Have cleared, feel free to try again.

Cheers,

Sunstone.
