I'm not sure if this is the right place for this post....
I have come across this organisation and thought some of you may be interested or able to benefit from them.
if you're an accountant, solicitor, mortgage broker or financial planner and you market property to clients or have clients looking to buy property, you can register with this company and have access to all their stock. They will pay you a commission of usually 50% on exchange and 50% on settlement.

Note that i don't have any financial interest in this company, however, they have sold property for me recently.
If you're a developer they have arranged a spider-web type network of alliances to market property. They don't operate like a normal real estate agency, and their fee's are quite high compared to a normal agency - but they get the job done. They recently sold 5 properties of mine in just 3 days.
